hey homedog, whistler trip from july 3-5. Can you do it? Nothing is for sure yet though, gotta make sure we have a good group going so the hotel costs dont screw us over. kyle got his special drivers license so he's down. Im thinking (and hoping) total cost to be under $200. Depends how much we spend at the bar...

We frabricated the prototypes and workhorse bucks inhouse and we have several parters manufacturing different pieces for final production and it is assmbled in house. All of the parts are made in the USA.

jrager wrote

I am have several suppliers for each part and parts of the process laser cutting, welding, heat treating/powder coating, etc. This keeps the cost as low as possible. the final assembly and quality control is done by me.

Working out there yesterday we found a scorpion, baby rattle snake and a black widow. should probably be carefull during the summer.

That would suck to make one for a phone. I just got a real good idea though. After i make my aluminum one, i might make some other case but i'll cover it in braze...? I'll just melt the stuff all over it. It looks cool.

he's very knoledgable, and that does bring about a certain head-strongness. but from what i've seen in his posts, he keeps it in check quite well and he really does know his stuff. I'd say he's probably more open to new ideas than you are.
